About the VIP Program
What Sets tempur99 VIP Rewards Apart from Other Platforms?
The tempur99 VIP Rewards program is built around one core goal — to ensure every loyal player truly feels that their commitment is valued and rewarded in a meaningful way. This is not just another run-of-the-mill points program offering small discounts. It is a comprehensive recognition system designed specifically for Malaysian players, with real, tangible benefits you can feel every day.
Many Malaysian players who have tried other platforms often complain that VIP programs elsewhere are too hard to reach, the benefits are vague, or the process takes far too long. At tempur99, we take a different approach. Our VIP program is designed so that players who play consistently — whether through slots, Sports Betting, live matches, or Live Casino — will naturally progress through the tiers without needing to submit a separate application.
Every RM 1 you wager at tempur99 earns VIP points. Earn rates vary by game category — slots accumulate points the fastest, followed by Sports Betting and Live Casino. Points are automatically counted toward your VIP level qualification and never expire as long as your account remains active within 90 days.
One thing tempur99 players consistently praise is the transparency of our VIP program. You can see exactly how many points you have, how many more you need to reach the next tier, and what benefits are waiting for you there — all right in your account dashboard. No hidden conditions, no excessive rollover requirements to redeem your rewards.
Weekly cashback is one of the most valued VIP benefits among tempur99's loyal players. Unlike standard cashback that only covers slot losses, tempur99 VIP cashback applies to all your gaming activity, including Sports Betting and Live Casino. For Diamond VIP members, weekly cashback reaches 25% — meaning you get a quarter of your net losses returned every week. This is a genuinely meaningful form of capital protection for active players.
Priority withdrawals are one of the most valued perks among tempur99 VIP members. Regular players may wait up to 30 minutes for a withdrawal to be processed. VIP Bronze members receive their withdrawals within 15 minutes, Silver within 10 minutes, Gold within 8 minutes, Platinum within 5 minutes, and VIP Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals with zero delays. Your winnings go directly to your bank account, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, or preferred payment method — faster than any other platform in Malaysia.
A personal VIP manager is an exclusive benefit available from Gold tier and above at tempur99. Your manager serves as your dedicated point of contact — ready to handle account matters, process special requests, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure your gaming experience stays smooth at all times. They are reachable via WhatsApp or live chat in Bahasa Melayu, any time.
Beyond everyday benefits, tempur99 VIP members also receive special treatment during festive seasons — including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and Christmas. Exclusive festive bonus packages, physical gifts delivered to your door, and invitations to VIP appreciation events are among the special surprises tempur99 has in store to honour our most loyal players across Malaysia.
